As a condition of your use of this Platform, you represent and warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age, and (ii) you possess the legal right to enter into a binding agreement. The website GREEKBLUE.EU – ALEXANDRIS ELEFTHERIOS reserves the right to deny anyone access to the platform, as well as to the services it offers.

These Terms & Conditions, which may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services, directly or indirectly (through distributors / partners), which are available online, through any mobile device, email or telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any platform (collectively referred to as “the platform”) and/or by completing a booking, you represent that you have read in detail, understand and fully accept the below Terms & Conditions (including the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy).
These pages, the content and structure of these pages, as well as the online boat booking / rental service provided through the platform (the “service”), are managed, provided and owned by GREEKBLUE.EU – ALEXANDRIS ELEFTHERIOS, STADIOU 29, 55236 THESSALONIKI, GREECE (“GREEKBLUE.EU”, “us”, “we” or “our”). The above is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Service

Through the platform, (Greekblue.eu and partners) we provide an online platform through which all kinds of commercial boat operators (e.g. charter companies, marinas, private boat owners, travel agents, collectively referred to as “provider boats / boat providers”), can advertise the boat / boats they have available for rent and through these advertisements – postings, users visiting our website can rent a boat / boats. By proceeding to rent a boat through Greekblue.eu, you enter into an immediate (legally binding) agreement with the provider whose boat you wish to rent. Once the rental is done, we act solely as an intermediary between your side and the rental boat provider, transferring the details of the rental you made to the relevant boat provider, but also sending a confirmation email on behalf of the boat provider.
When we offer our services, the information we display is based on the information provided to us by the relevant boat providers. Therefore, we provide boat providers with access to an online system through which they are solely responsible for the correct entry and updating of various parameters, such as rental price, availability, and other relevant information displayed on our platform. Although we use reasonable means to properly perform our services, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including typographical errors ), interruptions (due to (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, maintenance or upgrade of our platform or otherwise). We also cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate, misleading or false information or non-delivery of information. Each provider retains responsibility at all times for the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the information (including the rental price and availability) that it displays on our platform.
Our services are available for private and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you may not use, copy, sell, display or reproduce any content or information, Cruizes or services available on our platform for any commercial or competitive activity.

2. Prices

All prices on the Greekblue.eu platform are per boat for the entire rental period, including VAT and other taxes / fees, unless otherwise stated. We advise our user-visitors to carefully check all details, Terms & Conditions, and rental details of the boat they are interested in before completing the rental. Errors and omissions (including typographical errors) are non-binding.
We offer our service free of charge and we do not charge our user-guests for our services nor do we add a commission to the boat rental price.

4. Payment

Boat providers set the rental price to be paid (in whole or in part) to secure the rental of their boat(s). During the booking process, you will be asked to guarantee the rental request you submit. Payment processing is secure. Your credit / debit card or bank account is charged with the relevant amount and the rental money is credited to the bank account of the boat provider you wish to rent. Payment is processed through a trusted and secure third party payment processor. We advise you to carefully check the rental information and payment conditions before completing the reservation and rental process, i.e. payment.

5. Cancellation

By making a reservation on our platform, you understand and accept the relevant cancellation policy of the specific vessel provider, as well as any additional terms & conditions of the vessel provider that may apply in relation to your charter, including services and/or Cruizes provided by the boat provider. The Vessel Provider Delivery Terms & Conditions may be provided by the relevant Vessel Provider.
The Cancellation Policy is available on our platform on every rental page, during the booking process, as well as in the confirmation email. Please note that some rentals do not offer the right to cancel or change. For this reason, we advise our users-guests to always check and read carefully the rental details, as well as the Cancellation and Payment Policy, to determine if there are such special cases, before completing the rental and payment.
Please note that it is possible to cancel a rental (without notice) if the relevant (remaining) rental amount cannot be collected on the relevant payment date based on the relevant rental payment policy. Late payment, incorrect bank account, debit / credit card details, or insufficient available balance are solely your responsibility and you will lose the right to a refund of the advance payment, unless the boat operator agrees otherwise. To view, edit, or cancel your rental, please read the confirmation email carefully and follow the relevant instructions.

6. Response – Communication

Upon completion of the booking, you agree to receive (i) an email from us, with all relevant information about the rental as well as specific information and offers (including third party offers to the extent you have opted-in to receive such information) regarding the rental and your destination, and (ii) an email from us once the rental period is over inviting you to leave your review and feedback.

7. Criticism and Feedback

Your review may be published on the rentals page of our platform. The purpose of the publication is to inform (prospective) people who are interested in proceeding with a boat rental and wish to read the review and comments of previous customers about the quality and experience of the services provided and the boat rental. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse, or even remove reviews and comments, at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer

Subject to the limitations arising from the specific Terms & Conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, we are only liable for direct damages/losses incurred, paid, or caused due to our failure to fulfill our obligations in relation to provision of our services, up to an aggregate amount corresponding to the total cost of the customer’s booking, as set out in the confirmation email (regardless of whether it is a single event or series of related events).
However, to the extent permitted by law, neither we, nor any of our directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or others involved in the management of the Platform and its content shall be liable. for (i) any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damage / loss, loss of Cruizeion, loss of profit, any type of negative impact on customers and reputation, for (ii) any inaccuracy related to the (descriptive) data (incl. rental price, availability) in the rental listings available on our platform, for (iii) services or Cruizes provided by the boat providers or other business / commercial partners, for (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive) damage, loss, or cost increase that may have arisen, affected, or paid by users – customers of the platform, or that may be related to the use, inability to use, or delay in using our platform, or for (v ) any injury, death, damage / destruction of property, or other (direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive) damages / damages, losses, or creation / increase of costs, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, violations, (total) negligence, fraud, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort, or sole liability (in whole or in part) on the part of the service provider or other commercial / business partners (incl. employees, directors, agents, partners or affiliated companies) whose Cruizes or services are (directly or indirectly) available, offered, or promoted on / through our platform, including any cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure, or other events beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified, the software required for our services or available or used on our platform, as well as the intellectual property rights (including copyrights) of the contents and information displayed on our platform, belong to GREEKBLUE.EU.
Greekblue.eu exclusively retains ownership of all rights and interests arising from the ownership of copyright property, such as the appearance, presentation, and even the translated content displayed on the platform. Therefore, you do not have the right to copy, cut, edit, republish, promote, make any use of the content (including translations and reviews) or our brand without our written consent. Any illegal use or conduct will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights.

10. Miscellaneous

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms & Conditions, as well as the provision of our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from these general Terms & Conditions and our services, should be submitted exclusively to the relevant courts of Greece.
The original Greek version of these Terms & Conditions may be translated into various languages. In the event of a meaningful difference regarding the interpretation of these terms or inconsistency between the Greek version and any other translated version of the relevant text, the text of the original Greek version shall prevail and apply. The Greek version is available on our website (by selecting the Greek language). If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or unbinding, you will still be bound by the other applicable provisions. In such event, the invalid provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will, at a minimum, agree to accept a similar effect to that of the invalid, unenforceable, non-binding provision, subject always to its contents and purpose. of the Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation procedures – Terms & conditions

– Booking Fee 50% of the fare amount for Cancellations more than 5 days before boarding.
– Booking Fee 100% of the fare amount for Cancellations up to 5 days before boarding.
1) In the extreme case that the cancellation occurs due to covid restrictions in the departure country of the vessel or in the customer’s country with bbooking restrictions due to covid (government regulations), then a voucher is issued for the next available date desired by the customer with a validity period of 2 years and no cancellation fees apply.

Obligations – Cancellation – Security
• Both parties comply with the terms of the charter agreement and our vessel reservation and charter cancellation policy. For any cancellation by the Charterer after the initial deposit and before the charter period, we must be notified by email or letter. We will endeavor to accommodate last minute cancellations subject to the availability of our vessels during the charter period.
• All proposed boats are insured for: Civil liability of third parties, pollution at sea, serious damage to the hull, engine and equipment. We are not responsible for any personal accident or loss of money that may occur, on board or on land, during the charter. We recommend a personal accident insurance for the duration of the cruise.
Closing of vessel, Confirmation, Charter
• Once your choice of boat and rental amount has been agreed, the boat will remain temporarily reserved for your dates. To complete the booking, a deposit (50% depending on the booking date) is required within the next 3-4 working days in booking to confirm your charter. The balance must be paid in full before the boarding date unless otherwise agreed.
• To complete the charter of the vessel, a charter agreement is signed between the Shipowner and the Charterer (official document in 5 copies). It is your responsibility to read it carefully. We will need your full name, postal address, nationality, age.

• All content and information about the boats offered on this website are indicative only, as to the types and models of boats available for charter. This website is not a contractual document / item and all information and specifications are provided in good faith for informational and promotional purposes only.
• All graphic representations, including any photographs and videos, are published for promotional purposes only, are non-binding and the Company does not guarantee that they are of the particular vessel presented and available for charter unless expressly stated. In any case, they are subject to variations and deviations that may be due to any reason such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, replacement of equipment, repairs, maintenance, reconstruction, etc.
• All boat equipment, including but not limited to: electronic and other equipment, colors, fabrics, water toys, technical specifications, etc., as well as the charter prices and availability of each boat, are subject to change without prior notice and responsibility of Company.
• The Company makes every effort to maintain and update the content of this website, however there is a possibility that the information may not always be updated and valid, therefore no rights and claims can arise from the content of this website.
