When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect information from you that may include: Full name, Email address, Telephone number, Fax number, Bank account number and bank routing number, Financial account number, Card or payment instrument type, Card Primary Account Number (PAN) or Device-specific Primary Account Number (DPAN), Card Verification Value (CVV) [never stored], Card expiration date, IP address, Device Data, Browser data. We refer to this information as “booking Information.”

Please note that from the above, we never see your card number, CVV, bank account number or any other sensitive financial information. These are seen only by the payment processors we use.

When we communicate with you regarding our service we may ask you for the following information: name, email address, country and timezone. We refer to this information as “Service Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Booking Information, booking Information and Service Information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We need to talk to the legal guardians first in booking to provide trips to minors.
